Accelerating Innovation in the Life Sciences

We streamline gene editing and gene therapy R&D to accelerate innovation and discovery in healthcare.

THE GOAL

Improve the reliability and quality of your gene editing and gene therapy research

DataHarmony provides an integrated, highly-secure browser-based platform that facilitates experiment design, tracking, analysis and effective reporting. We've designed our platform to prioritise a seamless, experiment-centric experience, providing expert guidance, practical automation and intelligent data management to de-risk the R&D process - for basic, applied and clinical research.

RESEARCH EXCELLENCE

How our platform works

We want to streamline gene editing research. Our solution helps researchers quickly conceptualise the time and resources needed to design and plan gene editing experiments from start to finish with intelligent third-party integrations to maximise success, reduce the time to completion and provide the most qualitative editing outcome for your research needs.

Gene editing platform interface
  • User-friendly interface for experiment design and tracking.
  • Intelligent methodology guidance to improve efficiency and experiment reliability.
  • Significantly reduced time to generate animal models and purchase consumables.
  • Seamless analysis integrations from target amplicon sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, and more specific assays for off-target validation and genome integrity validation.
  • Robust API integrations with ELN, molecular cloning software and more.
  • Potential for integration with third-party sequencing facilities..
  • Effortless export and share summary reports (.ppt slides and more).

What Our Platform Supports

Our platform offers comprehensive support for a wide range of gene editing applications:

  • Disease modelling in vivo (mouse, fish, and more).
  • Cell line engineering, including human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs).
  • Pre-clinical gene therapy R&D with various delivery methods (AAV/LNPs/VLPs) in mice.
  • Comprehensive support for genome editing design, testing, and validation.

Our Story

Meet the Visionaries Behind DataHarmony

More than a decade ago, our shared studies at Cardiff University's School of Biosciences marked the beginning of our collaboration. Rooted in mutual trust and respect, our partnership is further strengthened by a perfectly complementary blend of skills. Our team encompasses expertise in gene therapy and data science, cloud and AI technologies, and data governance with practical business operations.

DataHarmony, a pre-seed startup born in December 2023, is focused on reducing risks in gene editing and therapy R&D to drive cures for inherited diseases via the seamless application of cutting-edge cloud and intelligent data analysis to biomedical research.
